Fine is looking back at 25 years of success. More than 4000 satisfied customers in 120 countries all over the world. Our software is available in 17 language localizations and is supported by more than 50 local dealers.

Fine started its cooperation with the BeA Group (Joh. Friedrich Behrens AG) to provide solutions for truss manufacturers in Western Europe.

A TRUSS4 software localization for the South African market was prepared in cooperation with Design & Connectors, our SA partners.

MS Windows-based version of the software for timber truss producers was released.

The new corporate identity of Fine software was introduced along with the launch of a new website. Web-marketing activities were also supported by our new Online Shop.

The tradition of “Fine Roast Pig&Beer” weekends started. All employees and their families are brought together every year.
1994
Fine presented its software on exhibitions in the Czech Republic (this photo is from ForArch). The first colored marketing handouts were introduced as well!
1993
A partnership was established with Bova Březnice, a Czech producer of steel fasteners for timber structures, along with the release of TRUSS software for the analysis of timber roof structures. The complex technology for manufacturing timber structures assembled with punched metal plate fasteners was named Bova-Nail.
1991
The company Fine was registered in February 1991 by Jiri Laurin and Milos Vodolan.
1987
FIN software for structural analysis (steel, timber and concrete) was developed in cooperation with the Faculty of Civil Engineering of CTU in Prague.
