License type

The software can work on a single computer or in the network. Choose the license type you prefer.

Delivery

The software key is sent by email as soon as the payment is received.

The hardware key will be delivered by UPS. The shipment number will be provided, you can track your package with UPS. Immediately after purchase, you will also receive a temporary software key to use while you wait for you hardware key to be delivered (only applies to local licenses).

Installation/updates can be downloaded at any time via Personalized Setup.

By bank card

Secure and instant payment is possible with following debit and credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro. You can also set up automatic renewal for your subscription, when using bank cards.

Bank transfer

Your order will be processed as soon as the payment is received. International bank transfers may take a couple of days.

Return & Refunds Policy

If you are unhappy with the software for any reason, you can receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If the purchase includes a hardware key, you need to send it back to us, in order to get a refund.

As soon as we receive the returned hardware key or information that your software key has been deactivated, we will refund the relevant purchase price and notify you via e-mail.

We recommend that you use registered mail for sending the hardware key.

Software keys cannot be physically returned, so it is required to deactivate the SW key and send us the screenshot for verification. See the FAQ page for instructions on how to deactivate SW key. Software key cannot be used repeatedly, so we do not refund the software key costs.

We cannot refund any express postal fees. We will not refund your costs with returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your refund.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase within four weeks from the date we received your returned package.

We respect your privacy. To deliver you the purchased software and provide support accordingly (by us or by the respective Fine Dealer), we need to know your personal data.
